
LEGAL & POLICIES
Santa Fe in a Day is a licensed tour and sightseeing service (Motor Transportation rules / Motor Carrier Act) from points and places in Sandoval County and Santa Fe County in New Mexico. Tour guides are licensed and insured and pass strict background and drug testing as defined by the Motor Transportation Safety Act.

REFUND POLICY:
If you need to cancel your group reservation for any reason - and you do so at least 24-hours before your scheduled trip - you will receive a full refund. If your group cancels within 24-hours of your trip, or if your group doesn't show up to check in, you will not receive a refund. If a group member is unable to make it, you must let us know at least 24-hours before the trip. If your group is still over the 4 people minimum, then you will be refunded for the member's absence. However, if the booking is for 4 people and one is unable to make it, a refund will not be issued. The minimum payment of $796 (4 members) will still be charged.
A full refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled by no fault of your own. Tours are contingent on weather conditions and safe operation of the transit van.
​To cancel your scheduled trip, you must send an email to SantaFeinaDay@gmail.com at least 24 hours before departure.
CHECK IN:
Your group is required to check in at 9AM on the day of your scheduled trip at the Montaño Rail Runner Station Park & Ride located at 130 Montaño Road NW in Albuquerque. Please show up a few minutes early and have each group member be prepared to present a valid driver's license or state issued ID to confirm your identities.

CHILDREN:
We do not offer discounts for children. Kids under 2 years-old must be in a car-seat that you bring. We do not provide car seats.

PETS:
We do not allow animals of any kind on this trip.

WEAPONS:
No weapons of any-kind will be allowed on the transit van unless you are a licensed law enforcement officer.
